Matt Johnston, Associate Director, Systems & Reporting, Accreditation Manager, serves as administrator for our Handshake jobs and internship platform, oversees all student employment in School of Business, and handles internal and external data reporting on School of Business outcomes. He has worked in higher education for most of his career, including undergraduate and graduate admissions, student services, and instructional support. Matt has a Master of Business Administration from Clark and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago.
Kelly Kochis, Associate Director of Career Services, has had an extensive career in higher education, as well as corporate and non-profit organizations. She brings skills in program development, advising and coaching, grant writing, and community outreach to the Graduate School of Business and manages the employer engagement process. Kelly has a Master of Science in Human Development from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth.
Adwoa Sakyi-Lamptey is the Employer Relations Manager (ERM) in our Stevenish Career Management Center. As ERM, Adwoa leads efforts on employer outreach and cultivating ongoing relationships with companies and organizations, both domestic and international. She also further develops productive relationships with alumni, campus organizations, staff, faculty, and students. Adwoa brings Clark 10 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in medical and biotechnology devices and engineering, 10 years of business management experience, and is a long-time resident and active member of the Worcester community.
