Clark police officers are sworn to protect the rights of all people. Complaints filed by citizens will be investigated in accordance with state and university guidelines.

Faculty and staff are encouraged to complete a Care Referral form when they have concerns regarding a student’s behavior, wellness, class attendance, or academic performance.
