IT Request and Evaluation Process

If you need immediate assistance with technology that is not working, please contact the ITS Help Desk.

If you would like to submit a request for ITS assistance with a new project or technology resource, please complete the University IT Request Form. Within one month of submitting the University IT Request Form, ITS will be in touch to discuss the details and next steps of your request. Your request will follow the process below:
