- Click Sign in in the top right
- Enter your Clark email address
- If you’re already logged in, you may not need to do the next 2 steps.
- Choose Company or School Account
- Log in with your Clark account
From here you can choose to install or update a wide range of Adobe applications.
Students can use Adobe products on Clark public computers on campus, starting in Fall 2023. Click here for information on public computers.
When you launch an Adobe application on a public computer, you will need to log in with your Clark account.
Students can not install Adobe applications on their personal devices.

Frequently Asked Questions
How can I switch between by personal and Clark Adobe profile?
Please follow the instructions in this Adobe help article.
Of particular interest will be the setting to prevent an automatic sign in.
- Sign in to your Adobe Account with your email and password.
- Go to Account and security > Sign-in and security.
- Turn off the Select my profile automatically option.
My department previously purchased an Adobe license. Will I need to continue paying each year for that?
Our new agreement with Adobe means that individual departments will no longer need to purchase licenses for most Adobe products.
I am a student purchasing a personal Adobe license. Should I use my Clark account?
No. ITS recommends that students use a personal email address if they choose to purchase an Adobe license. Students only have access to Clark accounts for 9 months after departure or graduation, so using a personal email address ensures Adobe access beyond this timeframe.
I get a notice that my license is due to expire. What should I do?
A small number of long-term Adobe users may see a notification that says “Your Adobe License will expire in 7 days”. If you see this message, please contact the Help Desk (helpdesk@clarku.edu, 508-793-7745) so that we can ensure that your device is fully switched over to our new licensing model.
