Refund Policy
Students who have signed a housing contract have entered a legally binding agreement with the university. If a student is taking timing away from Clark, they are responsible for notifying the university. All housing and dining fee refunds are prorated by day based on the official date of withdrawal.
Students not required to be on a full meal plan are elligible to cancel their meal plan within the first two weeks of the semester. Please note, in order to receive a full refund, students must cancel their meal plan before the start the semester.
*Student living in traditional or suite style housing must be on on the Standard or All Access Meal Plan.
