For Students
The Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations (CFR) obtains grants and gifts from foundations, corporations, and nongovernmental organizations to support student research, programs, and other institutional priorities and funding needs.
Requests to external funders for financial support must be submitted through the CFR Office. Please contact us before reaching out to funders or submitting proposals. The earlier you contact us, the better we can help you. Please note that we must have your final draft (including budget and other components) at least 10 business days ahead of the proposal deadline or we cannot guarantee timely submission of your proposal. Please plan accordingly to meet the internal deadline.
Funding Opportunities for Undergraduate Students
CFR works with foundations, corporations, and nongovernmental organizations to support undergraduate fellowship and scholarship support, LEEP project and internship stipends, and support for some student-run, community-focused programs, such as All Kinds of Girls and the Journal of Youth Scholarship.
Funding Opportunities for Graduate Students
There are a number of funding opportunities for graduate students that support research and other activities. The following are examples of opportunities; please coordinate submission with the CFR office.
