Frequently Asked Questions

What is the typical price per person for a group program?

For a group of 10 participants, we can design programs starting at $1500 per person per week that include up to 20 hours of instruction/training, extra curricular activities, and living accommodations in Worcester. However, we are happy to work with you to design a program that meets your goals and financial needs.

Is it possible to design a program for one person (as opposed to a group)?

Absolutely! Interested people can write to inquire about classes, or simply enroll in an add-on that aligns with their interests.

When are the programs available during the year?

While we have the most flexibility at Clark University during the summer months, we are happy to discuss dates with you and find a time that fits your schedule where we can provide you the services you need.
Summer Sessions for 2025 are May 20 – June 27 (Session I) and June 30 – August 8 (Session II).

What is the typical cost of a program?

In most cases, yes! Except for certain longer programs that receive university credit, a tourist visa is enough to cover most of the customized programs. We are happy to discuss visa options with you and sponsor I-20s as needed.
