This elegant, turn-of-the-century villa became home to the Strassler Center for Holocaust and Genocide Studies.

The Strassler Center for Holocaust and Genocide Studies, located in Cohen-Lasry House, is the first and only institute of its kind. It has gained international standing for its landmark doctoral programs in Holocaust History, the Armenian Genocide, and other genocides perpetrated around the globe. Cohen-Lasry House features the Colin Flug Graduate Study Wing and Rose Library, with more than 9,000 volumes.
