The Scarlet added to Clark’s Digital Commons!

We are pleased to announce The Scarlet Archive, a new collection featured in Clark University’s institutional repository. The Scarlet, Clark’s independent student-run newspaper, was first established in 1939. Preserving and presenting the Clarkie perspective of life at Clark and beyond, is a crucial part of our institutional history. There are currently over 170 issues of The Scarlet available in the repository, covering most issues from 2011 up through the present. Our long-term hope, and goal, is to digitize and preserve the entirety of The Scarlet Archive for public access. Issues will continue to be uploaded as they become available through The Scarlet website. Additionally, The Scarlet Archive can be accessed through the Print Archive tab on The Scarlet’s website. Clark’s Digital Commons is managed by Katie Stebbins, Goddard Library’s Digital Projects Librarian; if you have further questions, please contact digitalrepository@clarku.edu.
