Ruixiang Wang’s research covers innovation, corporate governance and executive compensation. He is also interested in understanding asset prices by modeling households’ consumption behavior. He has presented his research papers at prestigious academic conferences including those organized by the American Finance Association and Northern Finance Association. Ruixiang’s work received the semifinalist for the best paper award by the Financial Management Association in 2021 and Winemiller Excellence Award in Data Analytics in 2020. Prior to joining Clark University, he was a visiting assistant professor of finance at Northeastern University. Ruixiang earned his Ph.D degree in Business Administration at the University of Missouri Columbia in 2021 and Master degree in Business Administration at the University of San Diego in 2016.
