Elahe Khalili Samani’s research is in a branch of mathematics known as Riemannian geometry. Her research focuses on studying the connection between the geometry and topology of geometric objects called Riemannian manifolds. Khalili Samani holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tehran as well as a master’s degree from Amirkabir University of Technology. She earned her doctorate in mathematics from Syracuse University. Before joining Clark University, she was a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Notre Dame from 2021 to 2023.
