David Hofstetter

David is the Founder of The Hofstetter Group, a Management Coaching, Training, Consulting and Speaking organization. He is a dedicated Management Trainer, Coach, and Consultant with more than 25 years of experience in Learning, Organizational, and Talent Development. David works with organizations that need to improve management essential skills such as leadership, communication, productivity, and team building. He has helped organizations in the healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing fields, just to name a few.

David is an Authorized Partner for Everything DiSC and 5 Behaviors of a Team a Wiley brand. David is an Adjunct Faculty member at Clark University, School of Professional Studies, teaching Organizational Behavior.

David completed his Bachelor’s of Science at Northeastern University in Business Management and a Master’s of Science in Organizational Psychology from Capella University. He achieved the Certified Profession Coach certification through IPEC Coaching and completed a certificate in Training from Boston University.
