The Employer-In-Residence (EIR) program is an initiative by the School of Business’ Stevenish Career Management Center to give students the opportunity to meet and interact with a specific company and learn more about their practices. The EIR program gives students the chance to gain a unique perspective into U.S. employment directly from employers, learn about the opportunities each company recruits for, and also receive feedback on resumes, and/or interviewing strategies/scenarios.
The program also provides the employer an opportunity to highlight and bring greater exposure to their company/organization to a diverse array of students interested in future employment in the field.
