Andrew Bogrand, senior policy advisor for natural resource justice at Oxfam America, where he focuses on civic space, inequality, and corruption. He is a policy advocate and strategic communicator who supports organizations and communities fighting for natural resource justice and human rights. Bogrand has managed high-impact global campaigns, secured the release of detained activists, and managed programs and fundraising efforts for leading NGOs. His writing has appeared in The Washington Post, Truthout, and Mongabay, among other outlets. He holds a master’s from Stanford University and a bachelor’s from Claremont McKenna College.
