Developed by our Associate Director for Gender and Sexuality, Level 1 of this training centers empathy and reflection on self, identity, and intersectionality in building and sustaining inclusive spaces through harm reduction. Level 2 will dive deeper in the topics discussed in Level 1 while also focusing on and discussing three areas of identity: race, gender and sexuality, and socioeconomic/cultural status.Those that sign up will need to be able to remain for the full length of the training and anyone that participates in a Level 1 training will be invited for a second in-depth training happening later this spring.

Stated Goals for Level 1 of this training:
- Create a conceptual framework around inclusivity based in empathy
- Focus on inclusivity around understanding of self (identity) and privilege
- Provide tangible tactics on how one begins to craft inclusive spaces and
- Understand barriers to inclusive spaces while seeking to manage them / dismantle them
