Nichole will share her expertise in co-creating belonging across diverse groups, given her role as a founder of the Needham Resilience Network and co-author of the recent Belonging Barometer report (American Immigration Council). She has extensive experience working with local community leaders to address issues of integration and how belonging (or its absence) affects society at all levels. Nichole will share some advice on how we might begin to facilitate co-created integration solutions in our own communities.
