What does a lender require in order to approve a business loan? The various types of loan structures, sources, underwriting criteria, and how a business loan application is evaluated will be discussed along with lines of credit, 7A and 504 SBA loans. Cheryl Miller, Senior Business Advisor, MSBDC @Clark University, will present.
As the University launches its comprehensive Classification and Compensation Study, all staff and administrators are encouraged to learn more about the initiative and the first phase of the project — a position description questionnaire, which all part- and full-time administrators and staff will be required to complete. Professor Paul Posner will moderate a Q&A session with Beatriz Bustos Gallardo, professor at the Universidad de Chile, about the 2019 social revolt in Chile that led to the writing and referendum of a new constitution. The constitutional assembly included leaders from ecological movements, and an ecological lens was central to the whole document.
