Are You Interested in a Career in Law, Public Policy or Government? ALA-Massachusetts embeds advocates into legal aid programs opening doors to justice, invigorating organizations, and cultivating the next generation of public leaders. ALA-Massachusetts members leave the service year with a core set of legal skills and a deep understanding of how legal advocacy can help low-income families in crisis. AmeriCorps Legal Advocates of Massachusetts (ALA-Massachusetts) will place 36 AmeriCorps advocates in 2025-2026 who will serve at approximately 15 different legal aid agencies across MA.
