Clark University and MBA alumna Rebecca Miller ’15, ’16, is a strategic and energetic product marketing and strategy professional with expertise within the CRM space. She is involved in storytelling, go-to-market strategy, project management, relationship building, and team effectiveness.

For over five years Rebecca as been with Pegasystems, a global technology company with over 6,000 employees, first as a product marketing specialist, then product marketing and strategy manager of CRM, and now to her current role as senior product strategy manager. She has acted as a subject matter expert for Pega’s CRM solutions including Sales Automation, Customer Service, and consumer data privacy/protection. She has worked closely with product management to execute launches and impact overall product direction and roadmap.
