Pride Worcester is a weeklong celebration of community, and the Pride Worcester Festival is one of the week’s most popular events. The festival welcomes a variety of LGBTQ+ and ally artists, makers, crafters, food vendors, live performers, and speakers. It features a youth and family zone, as well as health services provided by AIDS Project Worcester and other community health partners.
Community Engagement and Volunteering staff will be at Red Square at 3 p.m. to help students navigate taking a WRTA bus to the festival in downtown Worcester (at the intersection of Franklin and Main streets). Once you’re at the festival, you are free to stay as long as you like; we will provide information on which buses will get you back to campus.
