Add and develop staff to aid in the work of recruiting more prospective graduate students from diverse backgrounds.

  • The Graduate Admissions office added a full-time recruiter focused on the African sub-continent, Central America, and South America.

  • The Graduate Admissions office added financial and recruiter resources to develop additional international markets that include Canada, Eastern Europe, and India.

Updates as of May 1, 2018

  • The Graduate Admissions office conducted internal office training to increase the understanding of diversity and inclusion and explore what our office could do to increase diversity and inclusion on campus through our admissions and recruitment efforts. That training is ongoing.
