Food, Migration, and Belonging in Thessaloniki
Join us in historic Thessaloniki, Greece, for an intensive summer experience in a UNESCO City of Gastronomy! This one-of-a-kind academic and cultural experience, co-led by Professor Anita Fábos and Dr. Leora Kahn, introduces students to migrant integration over time through the lens of food.
