Congratulations to Benjamin Gowdy-Chase M.A. ’22, on his new position as a Foreign Service Officer (FSO) for the U.S. State Department. Ben, a graduate of the International Development Program, will be working at different embassies, processing visa applications, and assisting Americans abroad.

“I learned at Clark that the people in International/Community Development are amazing,” Gowdy-Chase said.

“IDCE has taught me how begin to unravel the complexities within Development, and how to measure and manage social oriented projects.”
