The week after the centennial celebration, Harriet Chandler had GSG Director, James McCarthy, back on her show, the Chandler Chat, for a two-part conversation about climate change in Massachusetts, along with MA State Senator Michael Barrett, who is the chair of the MA state senate committee in charge of energy and climate issues. He has been a real leader on climate issues in MA for decades, and is deeply connected with all of the relevant policy actors and institutions in the state. Part 2
