Nick Delaini ’06 and his business partner, Ethan Mikesell, have opened a new brewery in Bloomingdale, N.Y., called the Hex and Hop. Delaini has more than 11 years of experience as a professional beekeeper and has spent his career immersed in the fundamentals of agriculture and honey bees. He truly is devoted to the bounty of our food supply: craft cuisine and drink.
