Career Readiness Competencies

Clark faculty and staff have adapted the National Association of Colleges and Employers’ career readiness competencies to develop our own working definitions of the eight foundational skills that prepare students for success in the workplace.

Our students reflect on their interests and abilities, research future opportunities, and network with others inside and outside of Clark to clarify their future career goals, build relationships, and engage in self-development at Clark and beyond.
