Overview:

The postcard is from the Winterhilfswek (Winter Relief) charity, specifically for the “Gauftrassenfammlung im Traditionsgau: Durchgeführt von der Gefamtbeamtenfchaft”–which translates to the “Gauftrace collection in the Traditional; Carried out by the Civil Servants’–of 1938-1939.
