Center for Gender, Race, and Area Studies Fellowship

The Center provides stipends to support undergraduate research and creative work connected to the center’s core themes: race, ethnicity, indigeneity, gender, nationalism and geopolitics, conflict and human rights.

Asian Studies Study Abroad Award

The Asian Studies program invites applications for the Asian Studies Study Abroad Award. To be eligible, applicants must be undergraduate students at Clark who are majoring or minoring in Asian Studies and intend to study abroad in Asia. The $500 award can be applied to costs associated with studying abroad such as airfare or other living expenses.

Travel Award

The Center for Gender, Race and Area Studies offers many travel grants for students presenting at conferences on topics relating to the center’s core research areas. Applications are accepted from September to May.
