Board of Trustees
The Clark University Board of Trustees comprises 31 members, including seven alumni-elected Trustees. Each elected member serves a six-year term; officers are elected each year, and new terms begin July 1. The full Board typically meets in October, February, and May each year. Specific committees may meet throughout the year as necessary.
The responsibilities of the Board are met through the action and recommendation of the standing committees. These include the Executive Committee and Executive Compensation Committee, as well as Academic Affairs; Advancement; Audit and Strategic Risk; Facilities, Grounds, and Capital Planning; Finance; Governance; Investment; Outward Engagement; and Student Life.
