2014-15 Lifestyle Plans

Traditional Lifestyle Housing:

Traditional Lifestyle Housing offers students a quintessential college experience. Students in traditional housing live in strong communities of First Year or Upper-class Housing depending on location. Traditional Housing is offered in Dana, Hughes, Dodd, Wright, and Bullock Halls, as well as the Johnson Sanford Center. Single, double, or triple rooms share floor common lounges and either semi-private or community bathrooms depending on hall.

Cost:

  • $7,800 per year for a Double
  • $10,000 per year for a Single

Meal Plan Options:

  • 10 Meals Per Week + $290 Dining Dollars: Included in Traditional Lifestyle Plan price
  • 12 Meals Per Week + $210 Dining Dollars: Included in Traditional Lifestyle Plan price
  • 15 Meals Per Week + $160 Dining Dollars: Included in Traditional Lifestyle Plan price
  • All Access + $50 Dining Dollars: Included in Traditional Lifestyle Plan price
  • All Access PLUS + $50 Dining Dollars: $310 Per Semester
  • 5 Meals Per Week + $200 Dining Dollars: Not Available

Availability and Lottery Priority:

Available to Sophomores and their intended roommates through Lottery. Juniors and Seniors not living with a sophomore may apply for Traditional Lifestyle Housing through the Summer Housing Assignment list only. Juniors and Seniors living with a sophomore can select a room using the sophomore lottery number.

Suite Lifestyle Housing:

For returning students looking to share a common area with their friends, but not quite looking to take on the responsibility of cooking in and cleaning a full apartment. Suite Style Housing is offered in Dana, Hughes, and Maywood Street Hall. Suites house 4 to 8 students in a mix of Double and Single rooms. These students share a common room and a private bathroom just for their suite.

Cost:

  • $8,200 per year for a Double
  • $10,400 per year for a Single

  • 10 Meals Per Week + $290 Dining Dollars: Included in Suite Lifestyle Plan price
  • 12 Meals Per Week + $210 Dining Dollars: Included in Suite Lifestyle Plan price

Apartment Lifestyle Housing:

For students looking to share a common area with their friends, and have the freedom to cook some of their own meals. Apartment Style Housing is offered in Blackstone Hall and the undergraduate RLH Houses. Apartments house 4 to 8 students in a mix of Double and Single rooms. These students share common space, a private bathroom, and a full kitchen for their suite. In addition, students remaining in Apartment Lifestyle housing from the Fall Semester to Spring Semester can stay over the winter break for no fee*. *Students must live in Apartment Lifestyle Housing for at least 50% of the fall and remain for at least 50% of the spring to qualify for the winter break fee waiver.

  • $9,230 per year for a Single
