Erin Lynum (IDSC '2014)

Erin Lynum (USA) received a B.A. in English. She is interested in conducting research regarding the impact of small business and educational opportunities for girls and women in Sub-Saharan Africa. Erin is currently an assistant language teacher in Nagasaki prefecture, Japan, through the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program. She served as a teacher in the Peace Corps in Mozambique from 2007 to 2009. During her time in Mozambique, she managed the renovation of the high school library and was involved locally and nationally in a girls' empowerment group.
